Yes! You can pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless you choose to make a change.

Silverfern Post letters are shipped on the last day of each month.

This allows time for any last-minute subscribers to be included in that month’s discovery before everything is carefully packed and sent out.

United States

Most letters arrive within 3–7 days after shipment.

International

Delivery may take 2–4 weeks, depending on your local postal service.

Please allow extra time for postal delays, especially during holidays.

To keep Silverfern Post affordable, letters are sent using traditional stamped mail, which means tracking is not included.

If your letter has not arrived 4 weeks after shipment, contact us and we’ll send out a new one.

If your letter arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo and your order details and we’ll send out a new one.

Yes! Please make sure your shipping address is correct before your next billing date.

If you notice a mistake, send a message as soon as possible so it can be updated before the monthly mails are sent out.

Yes! You can subscribe anytime before the 26th of the month to receive that month’s discovery.

If you subscribe after the 26th, your first mail will be the next month’s edition.
